All the principals are like-minded in their preference for hands-on involvement rather than a remote management role, nurturing long-term relationships based on mutual trust and good track record.
This approach necessitates a flat management structure with the principals leading the project teams selected on the basis and the skills required for a particular project within a particular discipline or sector.
